The materials we use are 100% Merino wool and various types of silk. These fibers are biodegradable and friendly to both our skin and the environment. The dyeing process complies with OEKO-TEX Standard 100 regulations.

How are the clothes washed?
As the threads are so fine, a large amount of air is trapped in the fabric. To preserve this air and, therefore, the qualities, it is very important NOT to use a washing machine or dryer.
Exposing the piece to the sun helps aerate it, exchanging the trapped air in the fabric for fresh air, releasing odors, and keeping the piece in perfect condition.
You can also use the dry cleaning option in dry cleaners.
How long does it take to deliver orders?
All designs will be woven once the purchase is made. Delivery time between 3 and 5 weeks.
How much do shipments cost?
The delivery by Stancati throughout the Mexican Republic has a cost of $260 MXN
For the rest of the countries, it is clarified on a case-by-case basis.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all cards, using the STRIPE system
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns of unused items with original tags, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received by the customer.
The return can be made within a period of 10 consecutive days after receiving the package, no more. No exceptions.
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and coordinating the return with their local courier service.
We strongly recommend using a tracking service such as DHL and FedEx Tracked.
We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit, and we recommend that you obtain a proof of shipment and a tracking number.
